2016 Consultation

National Grid is collecting this information. We are committed to respecting your privacy and complying with all applicable data protection and privacy laws. Your information may be disclosed to or shared with the following: other National Grid Group companies; third party service providers, contractors, or advisors who provide services to us; the Planning Inspectorate; and any relevant Local Planning Authority (LPA)

We/they will use your information when reviewing and considering your consultation feedback, taking this into account in the development of our proposals and adding you to our mailing list so that you receive our latest project updates.

If your feedback is considered relevant (wholly or in part) to NuGeneration Limited (NuGen)’s proposals to build Moorside, the new nuclear power station, or to Electricity North West (ENW)’s existing infrastructure, we may share a copy of it with NuGen and/or ENW and their third party service providers, contractors or advisors. Though the second stage of NuGen’s formal consultation ended on 30th July, it may use the feedback to inform its proposals for Moorside, and ENW may use the feedback when making changes to its existing infrastructure in the future.

If you have any queries about how we will use your data, please contact us via the contact details below.
